简鑫，博士，重庆大学副教授、博士生/硕士生导师，重庆大学微电子与通信工程学院党委委员，空天地网络智联与信息融合重庆市重点实验室副主任，中国通信、电子学会会员。

主要研究领域：主持或参研10余项国家级/省部级/企业横向科研项目。

（1）电磁兼容及防护设计软件研发，完善现有EDA工具箱细分功能；

（2）自主智能电磁GF技术，提升有人/无人系统间语义级互操作能力；

（3）低轨星座通感智能协同，实现低轨卫星通信信号的主被动利用。

以上研究领域的共同基础是应用统计数学。
